The 041 chair is a lesson in concenity. It is constructed of laminated profiles cut from 3/4" Baltic birch plywood. The bottom two sections are reinforced with carbon fiber. Each section is veneered with maple; the ends are maple hardwood.
Aluminum buttons conceal screws that thread into tee nuts.
The feet are constructed using aluminum tubing and cast epoxy resin.
